I have a pocket PC Spring recently needed a hard reset. Now can not connect to our exchange server work
Recently suffered a hard reset as I use too much memory on your Pocket PC. I used to have ActiveSync Configured wireless and want to receive updates directly to me. I prefer to use the USB cable if possible. I tried to present to establish a connection using both the cradle and wireless, both in vain. This appears on the screen after tried to sync: "Connected Exchange Server: Requires attention" then when I click on "Attention Required", I get the following message: "The server could not be reached. Please check the server name. Support code: 80072ee7" Does this mean I have the server name wrong? How do I know my server name? HELP PLEASE! I am not technical, and nobody from Sprint Store no help at all. Thank you. John V
You must obtain the necessary information from its server business and IT man replacing it. Once restoration has been done all the configuration information is set to factory settings ….
